Hmmmm... So is it REAL... Yeah it is... By definition.
THE CASH GIFT
In the eyes of the IRS you can gift up to $10,000 per one person without any tax liabilities on either party. (Just keep reading because I will prove that later in this article…)
CASH GIFT-ING
Now that’s different. People who engage in this activity do so with a means to make a profit. Plain and simple...
Yeah, yeah you may hear the claims of give and thou shall receive and all this and all that, but at the end of the day if you are participating in a gifting activity you WANT to make money.
THE CASH GIFT – CASH GIFTING TIE-IN
Ok if you combine the IRS rules of the Cash Gift, and the Art of Cash Gifting, you have a system to receive cash.
Some programs have entry levels at: $100, $500, $1000, $2000, $3500, $6000, $18000 or even $25,000!!
The level you enroll in is the only level you can receive at. So if you come in at a level of $1500, you can only receive a maximum gift of $1500. If you enroll someone who gifts at a level lower than you did, you receive the entire gift.
If you enroll someone and they come in at a higher level than you did, you get the amount that you enrolled at and the rest of it rolls up to the next person above you who has that qualifying amount.
But here is where it all goes wrong. If you have a person who joins a ‘Cash Gifting Program’ and then they do not advertise (i.e try to invite others to the activity)...GUESS WHAT….the rules of the Cash Gift gets stamped on your head. You legally gave a gift to John Doe under the $10,000 clip. John Doe has no tax liabilities nor do you and it is not John Doe’s fault that you didn’t make any money.
The flip side to that is, if you join with the INTENTION of mastering the art of Cash Gifting it will allow you to RECEIVE tax gifts from lots of people. This is a good thing because the law states that you cannot GIVE more than $10,000 to one person, but it does not state that you can’t RECEIVE multiple cash gifts from DIFFERENT people.
The problem comes when the person with the INTENT of receiving a gift from others, DON’T advertise to others. The same situation occurs in 97% of home businesses when a person starts to advertise or spread the word about there so called business.
Due to the lack of advertisng experience, it’s easy to give up after only reaching a few people and getting a few no’s, and just simply quit. These are the exact same people who wonder why they are not overnight millionaires. (Go figure)
RULE OF THUMB #1 – You are not as special or individual as you think. The same reason why you joined whatever business you are in will be the same reason others will join you. You just have to sort through the numbers!!
How can you expect to RECEIVE anything if no one knows who to GIVE to?
Here are the facts about CASH GIFT-ING
First of all, you will never stop the activity. It will be here as long as we are, whether you like it or not, there are people who have long retired from their job doing nothing but cash gifting (if done right), and I’m one of them. So till the end of time, there will be two types of people:

I am not discounting the fact that there are some pretty bad groups out there that do crumble after a few months and leave people with no return. That’s the same with any business or affiliate marking or ‘work at home’ business that may be poorly run. You have to do your due diligence.
